BIRTH DOULA SERVICES

A doula is a continuous, non-medical support for mother and baby, and my work is for women who desire deep, attuned presence beyond clinical care. I combine grounded physical training with energetic and spiritual awareness to meet each moment, during birth and in the postpartum phase, with loving presence, precision and care.

ONLINE MENTORSHIP

REGULATED WIFE is my 3-month 1:1 somatic mentorship for women. It is created for women who are already in a devoted union or holding the heart’s desire to move toward this threshold, becoming the woman they desire to be. A combination of deep somatic work, holistic nervous system healing, shadow work and relational healing.
