"Breath Repatterning" is a somatic approach based on breath and bodywork, which focuses on correcting dysfunctional breathing patterns to regulate the nervous system and create lasting change. Over the span of our lives, we develop subtle, subconscious habits in how we breathe - shallow, chest-dominant, or irregular patterns—that impact our stress levels, energy, and overall health.

By supporting the body to breathe in a more natural, functional way, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for rest, relaxation, and recovery. This shift brings the nervous system into balance, reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm and clarity.

Breath Repatterning also addresses stored tension, emotions, and incomplete trauma cycles. This allows for a deeper release of physical and emotional blockages, enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best. The result?
