Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) is a hands-on clinical approach to breathwork, designed to adjust dysfunctional breath mechanics, restore balance within the nervous system, and allow the body to complete trauma responses that were never fully processed.

How we breathe directly influences how we live. Our subconscious breathing patterns affect the nervous system, which in turn influences hormones, blood chemistry, organ function, and even our thoughts and emotional states.

When breathing patterns become restricted through stress, trauma, or long-held tension in the body, the entire system can move out of balance.

FBR works at the root of these patterns.

Rather than forcing the breath or pushing intense experiences, FBR uses gentle connected breathing together with precise somatic facilitation to help the body release restrictions and restore a more natural breathing rhythm.

Hi, I am Aline.

I'm a wife, certified health coach, bodyworker, yoga teacher, clinical breathwork practitioner, energy worker, nervous system expert, women's mentor, and doula in training.

Most of us are living in our bodies like we're visitors. Disconnected, unsafe, holding onto old pain we never learned how to process. That stored trauma doesn't just stay quiet; it shapes how small we make ourselves, how we breathe, how we show up in our relationships and in the world.

My work is different because it's gentle. I've learned that real healing doesn't come from forcing big emotional releases. It comes from feeling truly safe - from being attuned to, held steady, and allowed to unfold at your own pace. Your body knows what it needs. My job is to listen.

In over 1000+ hours in sessions, I've supported women and men in reconnecting with their bodies, breathing freely again, and finally processing emotions they've been carrying for decades. The relief they describe is tangible: feeling at home in their own skin, reclaiming their voice, experiencing what it actually feels like to be themselves.
