What is Breath Repatterning?


Facilitated Breath Repatterning combines Connected Breathwork with bodywork and the science of the nervous system to bring greater ease, regulation, and healing to the body.

I am highly trained to observe and adjust the way the body subconsciously breathes. This allows each session to be deeply personalized, meeting the specific needs of my clients and enabling safe, effective, and lasting changes in the nervous system.

By using intentional breathing in this way, I guide clients to access deeper levels of the subconscious, where core behavior patterns are stored. This opens the door to meaningful transformation and a wide range of health benefits.
